Infrastructure Management

Sajal Lamba is the powerhouse of all the infrastructure management at Wriver. While setting up the luxury furniture brand, he was in charge of setting up a state-of-the-art infrastructure, carving a solid backbone for the brand’s groundwork to ensure that the manufacturing system is backed by world-class machinery.

Additionally, he oversees the management of back-end operations and supervises the appointment of highly trained and experienced human power that forms the most integral part of the brand’s ecosystem.

A perfectionist at heart, he holds a master’s in Business Administration in International Business followed by decades of experience in the furniture industry. His passion for work transcends to a fondness for travel and exploring new terrains.

Kapil Bharti | Co-Founder & Director

Product & Material Innovation

An ace of the creative process, Kapil Bharti leads Product and Material Innovation at Wriver, looking after all the designing and execution of our exquisite furniture pieces. He has a sharp eye for details with which he renders visual ideas to reality.

With the motto of putting Wriver on the world map of design, he ensures precision and uncompromised quality, raising the standard of work we do at each stage. A dynamic individual, he comes with an experience of over a decade, having started early and hence has an innate understanding of Wriver’s audience and their requirements.

Kapil believes in taking a hands-on approach on the field as well as off it, which is why when not manifesting bespoke designs, he is usually found enjoying a game of cricket or working on his fitness goals.

Jitender Singh | Co-Founder & Director

Business Development & Marketing

Jitender Singh is the force behind all the Business Administration and Marketing at Wriver. He brings to the table his adept know-how of the market, including its dynamism and challenges, which helps keep the Wriver at par with the latest demands.

Having pursued a Master’s in Business Administration in International Business & Marketing, he has years of industry experience working with clients pan-India, leading to an accurate understanding of the customer’s requirements.

With his sharp eye for numbers and analytics, he sets the bar high for his team while keeping them motivated. When not chasing targets off the field, he works hard on the cricket pitch to level the score.

Sudhir Verma | Co-Founder & Director

Finance, Purchasing & Logistics

Leading Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Sudhir Verma is the engine that ensures Wriver is made accessible to our patrons in a timely manner. He is the systematic mind that devises the business’s administration procedures and devises methods to streamline the processes with maximum ease.

Additionally, he has been instrumental in establishing the sourcing and procurement for all the material requirements required to manufacture our stimulating designs with unprecedented material innovation.

Sudhir brings years of industrial know-how, which followed his Masters of Business Administration in Marketing. His love for logistics and numbers reflects in his fondness for cricket, which is shared by a passion for reading.

Wriver Design Studio

Wriver Design Studio is the creative conscience of the brand Wriver, and is a point of landing and take-off for the company’s vision. It comprehends and conceives all the operations ranging from research, strategy, design and development of products; to creating experiences for flagship stores and exhibition displays at the furniture shows worldwide.

The reins of Wriver Design Studio are held by the company’s co-founder & director Kapil Bharti. Over the years of consistent collaboration and kindred creative vision, he shares his foresight with the principal designer Harjot Singh, who has been assigned the role of art director for Wriver to guarantee a uniform foundation for new design development.

Led by Harjot, the studio comprises of a team of adept designers who work together with technical experts to manifest company’s vision and the requirements of the end-user. It is responsible for keeping up with the industry’s latest demands, integrating innovation in processes, technologies and materials. The team strives to achieve highest level of detail and creative expression, by exploring endless possibilities informed by designs of varied scales, interpreting all environments of a modern living.
